Refund Policy

A Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and Ghost Town Dancing regarding how and if you will receive a refund. Online businesses selling products and services are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products purchased.

Any bookings with Ghost Town Dancing require notice longer than 48 hours for cancellations and will result in the forfeit of your deposit, with refund of the remainder of your booking price. Any cancellations in under 48 hours results in forfeit of half your booking price, with a refund of the remainder of your booking price. Ghost Town Dancing workshops have a no refund policy, if you are unable to make the workshop you signed up for, that ticket may be applied to a workshop of equal or lesser value. You must contact Ghost Town Dancing in order to apply ticket elsewhere.
